OUR TEAM

Bob Ondr:

Founder and CEO
In 1970, fresh out of college, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey, driven by a lifelong desire to build something of my own. My first venture was humble, starting with manufacturing wood pallets in my garage.
My passion for entrepreneurship didn’t stop there. I ventured into new opportunities, including manufacturing wood boxes for the U.S. government by acquiring an established company in that industry. Over time, my enthusiasm for creating and growing businesses led me to start a total of 13 other ventures, some related to the wood industry, others in entirely different fields. The thrill of building businesses, seeing them thrive, and occasionally passing them on to new owners has been a driving force throughout my career.
